Ride Description
The Gold Coast region is (pretty much) a motorbike heaven because of the wide variety of terrain.
This 74 km ride begins in Southport, heading out of town through the suburbs towards Nerang, where you then cross the Pacific Hwy and the ride begins to get better as it continues along towards Advancetown and into the Border Ranges. The road narrows at this point. The ride then heads further south across the border into NSW, and then twists and turns its way down on the NSW road into the Tweed Valley and Murwillumbah on the Pacific Highway.
Directions
In Southport, take the Numimba Valley Road to Nerang, cross the Pacific Hwy., continue on to Advancetown, then up through the Border Ranges across the border into NSW, and down into the Tweed Valley and Murwillumbah.

Best Thing About This Ride
Just enough ups, downs, and twists to make it interesting, and enough great scenery to make it relaxing.
What Else To Look Out For
Should you decide to try the swimming hole at the Natural Bridge, be warned that things are known to disappear from the car park there.
